The exercises illustrated below are to provide you with clear demos along with word instructions. This way you can have a combination of training directions, exercise demos, and written instructions to take the guesswork out of it.

When you perform your workout following the picture exercises you will have:

- better POSTURE and FORM

- EFFECTIVE training and INJURIES PREVENTION

- CONSISTENT workouts and noticeable RESULTS.

Reminder : some of you might skip the written exercise instructions and just use the illustrated exercises only!

I don't recommend you doing that because the written instructions can remind you of doing certain body poses that you probably overlook or don't pay attention to concerning these small things.

It's always best to read the instructions and watch the clear exercise photos.
