How To Maintain Lean Body And Be In Great Shape With Food Variety


For the individuals out there who are interested in obtaining a lean body and be in great shape, but are having an uphill battle to get there or even maintain it for the long term; then food variety should be your middle name! Yes, it is one important aspect worth pursuing.

Having a lean body should be year-round and not only just for the summer time, Mr. Beach Boy, and that goes for you too, Missy.

You will have more success and less work if you maintain body leanness and maintain a great shape if you shift your mentality and behavior for the long term.

Food variety will spice up your life! So, stop eating chicken breast and cottage cheese day in and day out, thank you.

And enough of chewing lettuce and broccoli 8 days a week! There are many varieties of vegetables, even within the group of broccoli vegetables, so please open your eyes and your palate by eating different vegetables.

And YOU, Mr. Fart Boy, no more kidney beans for you. Have mercy on your colleagues at work and the environment, we don’t need more methane gas as there is plenty out there. Try to have different types of beans or other legume foods. There are many of them and they have wonderful and different tastes.

Learning how to prepare and cook a food variety is what you need. It takes a little practice, and you don’t have to be "the chef of the year" to be good at cooking. Or you can let someone else do it for you.

Like many things in life, experiencing different things is what keeps us motivated, consistent, productive and be able to enjoy life. But if you eat limited foods all the time, boredom and failure may knock on your door sooner than you think.

Another important reason to successfully achieve a lean body and be in great shape is eating food variety and maintain a healthy body that can resist and fight diseases because you are supplying yourself with a broader spectrum of

- Vitamins- Minerals- Enzymes- Phytochemicals- Amino Acids and- Fatty acids

That way when you are healthy you don't have to skip workouts thereby being consistent.

Many people overlook this point because they have different priorities like losing weight or gaining muscles as soon as possible at the expense of your foundation which is your optimal health.

- Eat other chicken parts, thighs, drumsticks, wings, and not only the breast part.

Milk (I prefer raw milk coming from a clean farm where cows eat their natural food most of the year; and cattle are grazing in the pasture.)

- Sprouts

- Cauliflower

- Green onions

- Radishes

- Arugula

- Mushrooms

- Tomato ( yeh I know, it's within the fruit group!)

- Green, yellow, and red peppers.

- Brussels sprouts

- Celery

- Avocado

- Eggplant

- Okra

Fruits

- Pears- Bananas

- Mangos

- Figs

- Dates

- Watermelon

- Cantaloupes (all types)

- Grapes (all types)

- Fish oil

- Coconut oil

- Flaxseed oil

-Olive oil

-Sunflower oil

-Seasame oil

- Butter (made from grass fed cows)
