Our online personal training can help you get there by applying to one of the two coaching programs so we can start your application process right away.

Both online fitness training plans provide customized physical training program (plan 1) or the combination of nutrition and physical training (plan 2) that is unique to you only.

We will do that based on evaluating our client's forms and the optional 30-minute phone call with me that way we get to know you very well although have not met with you face to face.

The Process…

Choose one of the two Online Fitness Training Plans:

Plan 1: Physical Fitness Training $80 USD per Month

The Physical fitness training plan is for individuals who are seeking guidance and help in getting in shape the right and healthy way. This is the perfect plan to integrate it with your existing diet assuming you are satisfied with your eating habits.

1) Here are some of the benefits you can get from this plan:

- Becoming physically stronger in general

- Overcoming exercise challenges (ex., mid-section foundation strength, push-ups, pull-ups, running, balance, and coordination.)

- Losing weight the proper way (mostly body fat)

- Helping with minor postural issues that can lead to major problems if not taken care of sooner than later

2) 10-day workout program that is individualized to help achieve your physical fitness objective and you will receive an updated workout (total of three (3) workouts per month) based on your first workout.

3) Email access with your personal trainer for whenever you have a question or comment about your workout.

4) An optional 20-minute phone call per month to speak with your trainer and we encourage you to use it to keep communication improving along with the emails.






Plan 2- Nutrition & Online Physical Training $ 150 USD Per Month

- Integration of nutrition and physical training which can be very effective method for either losing body fat, gaining strength and muscle size, and as important your health in general.

- Online Physical Training provides 3 different workout routines per month to our clients. These workouts are designed on what you want to achieve from online training program.

- You will be guided through top of the line video demos to perform the exercises correctly and effectively.

- Email communication between you and not only certified but experienced trainer.

- An optional 30-minute phone call once a month for any comments or questions you want to share with your trainer.






Our Online Personal Training FAQs

(Q1) With Online Personal Training Service what do you provide for me (the client)?

(A1) Our service has two plans:Plan 1- Online Physical Training

- Online Physical Training provides 3 different workout routines per month to our clients. These workouts are designed on what you want to achieve from the Online Training Program.

- You will be guided through the Top of the Line Video Demos and with written instructions to perform the exercises correctly and effectively.

- Email Communication between you and the Certified Trainer.

- An optional 30-minute phone call once a month for any concern, questions, or comments you want to share with your trainer.

- This plan is great if you are satisfied with your diet, and all you need is the “physical fitness training” component to make your fitness goal more achievable.

Plan 2- Nutrition & Online Physical Training

- Integration of nutrition and physical training which can be a very effective method for either losing body fat, gaining strength and muscle size, and is important for your health in general.

- Online Physical Training provides 3 different workout routines per month to our clients. These workouts are designed on what you want to achieve from the Online Training Program.

- You will be guided through the Top of the Line Video Demos to perform the exercises correctly and effectively.

- Email communication between you and, in addition, a certified AND an experienced trainer.

- An optional 30-minute phone call once a month for any comments or questions you want to share with your trainer.

(Q2) Is your Online Fitness Program "one size fits all"?

(A2) No. Issue # 1, besides it is unethical, if the program is effective for one person, more often than not, it won’t be effective for another.

Issue # 2, After a certain time the Training and Nutrition Programs should change accordingly to your progress, and also changes that are happening to your body; otherwise, the program will reach a point of less than optimal.

(Q3) Does your Online Coaching Program provide specific or general fitness objectives?

(A3) We provide both. If your fitness objective is to lose weight (body fat) and become leaner we can help you to reach your objective.

If your main focus is to gain muscle size to firm up your body or you want to gain strength where you have a weakness performing certain exercises, we can provide that particular help and let you achieve your objective.

Or for general physical fitness to enjoy life through recreational activities like hiking, playing tennis, and playing golf, we will provide you with the right fitness help tools to help you be in your best shape.

Whatever specific needs you have, just let us know what they are, and we will let you know if we can or can not do it without wasting your time.

(Q4) Do I need to commit with your Coaching Program for a specific time period?

(A4) No you don’t. However, most fitness objectives that clients require, like weight loss or gaining strength and muscle size will take between 3 to 7 months and sometimes longer to achieve measurable results.

(Q5) As a client, what do you expect from me?

(A5) Follow your trainer’s instructions and keep communication open between you and the trainer.

Client’s Responsibility Your Coaching Program will be designed according to your fitness and health levels that have been carefully evaluated; therefore, it is critical and it is expected for you to follow it and implement it to the letter.

Be Productive Although you will be taken gradually from one level to the next, expect to work hard in order to be productive and obtain results.

Client-Trainer Interaction Keep communication open with your trainer. Send updated information (ex., photo and body composition) about your progress when your trainer asks for it which is important.

Be Patient Results do not happen overnight and rarely within a month. As long as you observe small but stable changes, then most likely you are on the right track.

The above principles complement one another, and they are all necessary for you and us to succeed. Therefore, if you think you are not ready yet to commit and work hard, then please do not apply. We want YOU to be successful.

(Q6) How much do you charge for Online Fitness Training?

(A6) Plan 1- Online Physical Training ($80 U.S. Dollars for every month)

Plan 2- Nutrition & Online Physical Training ($150 U.S. Dollars for every month)You pay through PayPal™ and it is a monthly recurring charge which means you will be charged every month unless you cancel per our instructions.

(Q7) What is the process in subscribing to your monthly Online Coaching Program?

(A7) Purchase one of the two plans. Within 24 hours you will receive an email message welcoming you along with instructions for you to access your Online Personal Account. And we will start from there.
